I am sorry I have not been active with this site. As the season ended with finally having the Wheels & Whiskers Car Show in October, I got very busy winterizing my property. Thanks to ALL who shared the summer on the road and at all the cruises and shows.

On a sad note, we have lost 2 fellow cruisers.
David Yarmesky, known for his 40 Pont. sedan, black and red, pass away the week of Thanksgiving. David fought hard against cancer. Dave was 71. Dave was seen at many shows. He just loved to be at as many as he could and see all his friends.He will be missed.
Raymond P.“AMC AMX Ray” Troie, Sr., 58, of Springfield, died on Monday Nov. 28, 2011. He was born in Spfld. on Dec. 27, 1952. Ray attended Spfld. schools. Ray was an avid car enthusiast, who had a special love for AMX.s and was a member of the AMC Rambler Club. He was always willing to help others.
The calling hours are, 4pm to 7pm at Sampson’s Chapel of the Acres Funeral Home, 21 Tinkham Rd. in Springfield. The funeral will be Sat. Dec. 3, 2011 begining at 10:30am at Sampson’s followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11:30am in St. Catherine of Siena Chuch, 1023 Parker St. with Rites of Committal and Interment to follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 421 Tinkham Rd. ALL in Springfield.
Ray will be missed.
